Don Ciccio
The pride of our company, obtained from olives coming only from our estates and cultivated exclusively according to the directives of Organic Agriculture.
The main protagonist is the Carolea, queen of the Calabrian territory, together with her, the cultivars: Leccino, Nocellara Messinese and Biancolilla take part in the blend.
The olives are harvested in the months of September and October by hand and with the help of mechanical harvesters. The result is a medium - intense fruity oil with marked vegetal hints on the nose and a spicy and bitter well present.

On the nose
The nose is decisive and enveloping, rich in fruity notes of unripe tomato, white apple and banana, accompanied by marked balsamic hints of basil, parsley and mint.
At the sight
The organic extra virgin Don Ciccio, at sight, shows a beautiful intense golden yellow with delicate green shades, clear.
On the palate
Full and vegetal in the mouth, strong bitterness and spicy present and harmonious.
